Delivering a high-end hospitality venue requires a delicate balance of heavy structural engineering and immaculate interior styling. As part of a multi-location rollout, Valleyton Properties was commissioned to execute a comprehensive, turnkey renovation for Sigriya in Hale, Manchester. Operating as the sole principal contractor, we managed everything from complex subterranean excavations to the final bespoke finishes, providing the client with a breathtaking, ready-to-trade restaurant environment.

Excavation & Structural Works

The foundation of this ambitious project required significant structural intervention. To maximise the operational footprint of the restaurant, our team executed a highly complex excavation to dig out and construct a brand-new, fully waterproofed commercial cellar. This phase demanded precise logistical planning and rigorous adherence to commercial building regulations, laying the groundwork for the venue’s extensive beverage program.

Bespoke Interior Architecture

With the structural footprint secured, our specialist trades transitioned to the premium interior fit-out. We constructed a stunning, custom-built commercial bar serving as the focal point of the venue. The back bar features bespoke, illuminated shelving set against striking animal-print wallpaper, while the ceiling was engineered to support an elaborate, atmospheric installation of trailing foliage and cascading Edison pendant lighting.

Front-of-House & Hospitality Styling

A luxury dining experience is defined by its atmosphere and comfort. Our interior finishing team meticulously installed rich, reclaimed wood-paneled feature walls, providing a warm, textured backdrop for the dining zones. We coordinated the integration of vibrant, custom-upholstered banquette seating in deep reds, perfectly complementing the sophisticated, mood-lit environment designed to captivate guests.

Outcome

The project was completed with a commanding exterior renovation, ensuring the restaurant holds a strong visual presence on the high street. We installed sleek, dark-toned contemporary paneling and striking, gold-lettered architectural signage to reflect the brand’s premium identity. Delivered entirely in-house by Valleyton Properties, this project stands as a testament to our ability to seamlessly merge heavy commercial construction with luxury interior design.
